1. Who We Are
Fintrail Pro is a personal finance web application available at fintrail.app. We help users track budgets, manage bills, set savings goals, and improve their financial health.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: Your name and email address
- Financial data: Transactions, bills, savings goals, and debt information you enter manually
- Usage data: Features used, streaks, and XP progress
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
- Receipt uploads: Images you upload to verify bill payments or savings deposits
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Fintrail app
- To process your Pro subscription via Stripe
- To send important account notifications
- To power the AI Financial Advisor (your messages are sent to Anthropic's API — not stored or used for training)
- To calculate your financial health score and gamification progress
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security so only you can access your own data. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.
5. Third-Party Services

- Anthropic (Claude) — AI Financial Advisor
- Netlify — Web hosting
6. Your Rights
- Access all data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data via your Profile settings
- Delete your account and all data at any time
- Opt out of non-essential communications
7. Children's Privacy
Fintrail Pro is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
